What if I need to change my passport number after I make a reservation?

A valid passport number is required for every passenger when booking accommodation in Torres del Paine.

If you know that your passport will be renewed, you can make the reservation using your current passport number. We recommend taking a clear photo or scan of the old passport before replacing it, as it may be needed when requesting the update.

Once you receive your new passport, update the information in your reservation account or contact us at info@torreshike.com.

We recommend waiting until you have the passport you will travel with before purchasing services linked to personal details, particularly bus tickets and the Torres del Paine park entrance ticket. Once a park ticket has been purchased, the passport number and other personal information cannot be changed.
