Is my booking confirmed immediately after payment, and how long does processing take?

No. Completing the payment means that your reservation has been submitted for processing, but it does not automatically mean that it has been confirmed.

Most reservations are confirmed within a few minutes or a few hours. Occasionally, a booking requires manual review, for example, if a provider needs to verify a service or availability has changed. In these cases, we will normally contact you with an update or any available options.

Always wait until you receive a confirmation email with your booking vouchers before considering your reservation confirmed.
