Why are booking and payment fees added to my reservation?

The booking or service fee covers the work involved in processing and managing reservations with different providers, operating the TorresHike booking platform and assisting customers with booking-related requests.

The payment fee covers the cost of processing the online transaction.

Both fees are calculated from the base value of the selected services. The exact amount is displayed during the booking process before you complete the payment.

The booking and payment fees are non-refundable. If an approved modification or additional service increases the value of a confirmed reservation, the fees are recalculated based on the new total and the difference is added to the modification.
