Can I book transportation through TorresHike?

Yes. Once your reservation has been confirmed, log in to My Reservation to add the available transport services for your itinerary.

Through TorresHike, you may be able to book:

• A bus from Puerto Natales to Laguna Amarga or Pudeto on the first day of your trek.
• A return bus from Laguna Amarga or Pudeto to Puerto Natales on the final day of your trek.
• The Lake Pehoé catamaran between Pudeto and Paine Grande in either direction.

If the option to book transportation does not appear in My Reservation, transport booking is not currently available for your dates. We usually notify clients once the relevant bus and catamaran tickets can be added.

We recommend booking your transport ideally at least two to three months before your trek, especially during the main trekking season. If your itinerary requires both a bus and the catamaran, book them together whenever possible so that the departure times align.

TorresHike cannot book the following services, but you can arrange them directly:

• Laguna Amarga–Welcome Center shuttle: Book through the Transportes Las Torres ticket portal.
• Buses to other stops inside the park or between road-accessible park stops: Check routes and book through Bus-Sur.
• Grey III navigation: Check availability and book through the official Hotel Lago Grey website.
• Connections beyond Puerto Natales: These must be booked separately with the relevant operator. Bus-Sur offers some connections to destinations such as Punta Arenas and El Calafate.

Transport between campsites and refugios located along the hiking trails is not available by road. Those sections of the W Trek and O Circuit must be completed on foot.
