Is Torres del Paine open year-round?

Torres del Paine National Park is open year-round, but access to trekking routes changes depending on the season.

The W Trek is normally open from October to April and can usually be completed without a guide. Outside this period, it may only be accessible with a certified guide, and some sections may be closed entirely.

The O Trek is normally open from November to March. Outside these months, it is closed and cannot be completed, even with a guide.

Most refugios and campsites are seasonal and are generally open from September or October until March or April. This means that classic hut-to-hut trekking is only possible while these facilities are operating.
