Can I find gluten-free or dairy-free options in the park?
Gluten-free and dairy-free options in Torres del Paine are very limited and are not part of the standard meal menu.
In some cases, basic substitutions may be available, such as gluten-free bread or lactose-free milk and cheese. However, these are not full special menus, and availability depends on the location, supplies, and operational capacity.
There is no certified gluten-free or allergy-safe food service in the park, and kitchens cannot guarantee that meals will be prepared without cross-contamination.

For travelers with celiac disease, severe allergies, or strict dietary requirements, we strongly recommend bringing your own food and cooking it yourself where cooking is allowed.
