A scenic and peaceful bike ride departs from Puerto Natales, passing Puerto Bories and Eberhard Fjord to reach Puerto Pratt, the first Chilean settlement founded in 1899. The route continues through quiet roads to Estancia Puerto Consuelo and the Milodon Cave Natural Monument.
After exploring the cave, a 4-hour archaeological hike traverses forests with ñirre, lenga, and coihue trees, discovering three hidden caves with prehistoric rock paintings and reaching a panoramic viewpoint where condors are frequently spotted.
Following breakfast, a transfer takes you to the Grey River for kayak orientation and safety briefing. Weather permitting, paddling across Grey Lake lasts approximately 2 hours before beginning the descent down the Grey River, which winds through canyons with rapids and steep rocky walls.
Accompanied by Paine Massif views, paddlers descend 25 km until the Grey merges with the Serrano River. After 4–5 hours on water, return to camp for relaxation and dinner.
This final day presents the tour's greatest challenge, demanding stamina and determination while delivering unforgettable rewards. Beginning in Ascencio Valley, hikers gradually ascend to Windy Pass, an exposed section requiring guide instruction for safe crossing.
Refugio Chileno follows as the last facility with bathrooms and supplies. Beyond it, the trail enters lenga forest crossing small streams before revealing a panoramic viewpoint. The final, most demanding stretch climbs a steep terminal moraine, rewarding hikers with breathtaking views of the iconic Towers.
