VII. PAYMENT TERMS

Reservations will be considered tentative until the guest honors the prepayment and payment conditions of the reservation. In order to incentivize domestic tourism, Las Torres Patagonia has differentiated rates for Chileans and foreigners. Chilean residents pay in Chilean pesos including VAT. Rates in dollars are only valid for international visitors who show their passport and immigration card issued by the PDI (original document) at check-in. If a visitor does not comply with this requirement, they must pay the additional VAT tax of 19%.

The reservation fee is non-refundable.

Payments must be made in the agreed currency, sending proof of deposit to your booking agent and to collections:

cobranzas@lastorres.com indicating the name of the reservation, code, and check-in date. Payments must include the reservation codes given to you by your Las Torres Patagonia agent.
