Chile Nativo LTDA's trips take place in remote locations, where accidents can occur and, in fact, do happen occasionally, as well as last-minute inconveniences such as flight delays, lost luggage, or a simple ankle sprain that may prevent you from reaching the agreed-upon meeting point or completing your vacation. Therefore, we require all clients to have their own health, accident, and liability insurance. Travel insurance should provide coverage for the entire duration of your vacation, including medical expenses, injuries, death, repatriation, as well as cancellation and interruption. It is advisable to check for any exclusion clauses that may limit the types of activities covered by your insurance. Chile Nativo LTDA will act in full compliance during an emergency situation, but we cannot assume any responsibility for medical costs or evacuation costs during or after a trip. Chile Nativo LTDA does not have liability insurance and cannot assume responsibility for accidents caused by the traveler, the horse, equipment, or other people or subcontractors during the trip. We require all our guests to complete and sign a liability waiver, which will be sent to them before the start of the trip. This form must be returned to Chile Nativo by completing it online at the time of the trip's initial deposit.
All our guests must be in good general physical health. A general health form will be sent to each guest to complete and sign; it must be returned to Chile Nativo through an online form at the time of the trip's initial deposit.
All clients must have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 2 months after the trip's departure date. All costs and fees associated with passports and visas for entry into any country related to a Chile Nativo trip are the exclusive responsibility of the client.
The operator is not responsible for any loss or theft of the client's personal belongings, whether acquired during the trip or otherwise.
