W Trek

East to West - 3 days

To fully appreciate the W Trek we strongly recommend to stay more than 3 days. But if you are short on time or other options have been already booked the 3 day hike might be just for you.

Day 1

Start by taking a bus at 7am to the park entrance and then continuing on the shuttle bus to Torres Central & Norte. Please note that the bus ticket is not a part of this booking and you should book it in Puerto Natales or online in advance. Depending on where you decide to stay you can drop your gear at Torres Central & Norte or Chileno and head towards the famous Towers Torres del Paine. After enjoying the view on the top, you'll head back to spend the first night in one of the selected accommodations.

Day 3

Hike up to Mirador Britanico to soak up the magnificent Francés Valley views. You can drop your gear at Italiano to save some weight on the way up. Then you would hike to Paine Grande to catch a boat back. Alternatively you can get up early to hike up only to Francés lookout point and then walk to Paine Grande where you would leave your gear and head straight to Grey to check out the Grey Glacier. This would be only possible for very fit hikers as you need to make sure you are back before you can catch the last boat to Pudeto (check latest schedules before entering the park). The boat ride is not a part of this booking and should be booked in advance. At last you'll take a bus back to Puerto Natales.
